The Role
White Peak Digital is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our existing Brisbane team of talented digital designers and developers.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new prospects, converting pre-identified leads, and achieving an annual revenue quota.
You will develop strong and lasting relationships with our clients, understand and identify opportunities in our core markets, win new business, create memorable client experiences and build the company’s positive reputation as a market leader.
You’ll be working with an experienced and welcoming team who work together to share knowledge, learn from each other, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

A Day In The Life
Your typical week would include:
- Creating and executing growth strategies by identifying our strengths and client needs to broaden our market presence
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor movements to inform our strategic direction
- Initiating outbound sales efforts, from prospect research to outreach, to foster new client relationships
- Respond to incoming leads to increase our client base
- Provide specialist advice our digital solutions, guiding clients towards making informed decisions
- Negotiate, draft and review contracts to ensure their mutual benefit and clarity
- Working to enhance the value we deliver to existing clients
- Identifying potential partnerships to leverage our service offering
