We are looking for an experienced technical problem-solver to take ownership of our website support clients.
This position is ideal for a developer who loves the satisfaction of fixing things, helping small to medium-sized businesses, and serving as the “guardian” of our website client portfolio.
The Role
Unlike a standard development role where you move from project to project, this role focuses on stability, longevity, and relationships.
You will be the primary technical point of contact for our support clients, ensuring their websites (primarily on WordPress and Shopify) are fast, secure, and always running smoothly.
You’ll be working within our supportive production team, reporting directly to the Production Manager. While you will lead website support, you will also jump into the trenches with the production team to assist with custom coding and production overflow, keeping your technical skills sharp.
If you are a safe pair of hands with the development skills to fix code and the people skills to reassure clients – let’s chat!

About You
- 2+ years of experience in a website development or support role (agency experience preferred)
- You are comfortable with HTML, CSS, and PHP. You know your way around the WordPress file structure and database, and you can troubleshoot without relying solely on plugins
