When we first met with Carolyn and Greg from Hallowed Footwear they had a lot of unanswered questions about websites and online marketing.
We spent the majority of our first meeting together going through all of their questions to ensure they had a clear understanding of what it’s like to operate an eCommerce business before we got stuck into developing the website.
After we identified some clear and measurable goals we knew Hallowed Footwear’s new website needed to be user-friendly and mobile responsive with a streamlined checkout experience.
During the Discovery phase we spent considerable time researching Hallowed Footwear’s target audience which mainly focused on men and women who were frustrated by the lack of large shoe options in Australia.
With this research we were able to design a user experience that suited their audience to ensure a higher conversation rate and greater return on investment over time.
During development we also implemented Google Analytics and search engine optimisation best practices so that Hallowed Footwear could track their marketing efforts while also seeing it grow in organic search results.
In the end, the new Hallowed Footwear website turned out exactly how Carolyn and Greg wanted it from the beginning and we couldn’t be happier.
We look forward to their product launch later this year and can’t wait to see the Hallowed Footwear brand continue grow in the coming years.
