A Day In The Life

Your typical week would include:

  • Owning the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals
  • Managing and converting all inbound sales leads through calls, emails and meetings by understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking, strategic outreach and building referral partnerships
  • Developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance lead generation and expand our market reach
  • Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, providing regular progress reports and forecasts
  • Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and potential growth opportunities
  • Crafting compelling proposals and delivering persuasive pitches to prospective clients
  • Collaborating with our production and client management teams to ensure a smooth project handover and exceptional client satisfaction

About You

  • A positive attitude!
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a business development, account executive, or sales role, preferably within a digital agency or tech environment
  • A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Expertise in managing both inbound and outbound sales processes
  • An independent and proactive work ethic, with the drive to manage your own pipeline and results
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and opportunity
  • Expertise in key account management, proposals and business development strategies
