Our Approach

Migrating to Shopify Plus

Our team began by diagnosing the issues with Bubba Bump’s old website, identifying key areas that needed improvement such as site speed, navigation and checkout processes. Our eCommerce team recommended an upgrade to Shopify Plus with a custom-designed 2.0 theme to resolve these problems.

Our Shopify designers developed custom wireframes and mock-ups to align with Bubba Bump’s branding and functional requirements while also integrating the new site with their inventory management system, accounting software, Australia Post for shipping and Klaviyo for email marketing.

The customised checkout process, exclusive to Shopify Plus, featured product bundling, upsell opportunities and social proof to enhance sales. This comprehensive approach ensured minimal abandoned carts while increase the average order value of each sale on the upgraded site.
