Operating under their previous name, the company’s brand positioning had become too abstract and intimidating for beginners. The old website copy relied heavily on jargon, leaving prospects confused about the actual commercial value of the coaching services and failing to accurately represent the company’s expert team.

To complicate matters, a previous agency partnership had fallen through, leaving the client with an urgent four-week deadline to launch a completely new, accessible brand identity ahead of a major press release. They needed a rapid, high-quality digital overhaul that safely migrated their search engine marketing value and seamlessly integrated with their CRM to capture leads effectively.

Rapid Custom Web Design and CRM Integration

Working on an accelerated timeline, our web design team kicked off a streamlined discovery phase to overhaul the information architecture and translate their new, direct copywriting into a highly engaging user experience. We designed custom UI mockups in Figma, focusing on clear, conversion-optimised pathways to their programs, events, and podcast.

The approved designs were rapidly developed into a custom 7-page WordPress website. We implemented dynamic entrance animations to elevate the brand’s visual authority, ensured flawless mobile responsiveness, and fully integrated the site with Ontraport for automated lead capture. To protect their established search visibility, we executed a comprehensive 301 redirect plan from the old domain to the new website prior to the live launch.
