Jackson earned a Bachelor of Web Design from SAE Institute and was a freelance website designer for several years before founding White Peak Digital in 2019. With a background in user experience design, conversion rate optimisation and SEO, Jackson specialises in helping clients maximise traffic and retention through high-impact, strategic design.

As Managing Director, Jackson leads the White Peak Digital team by solving complex organisational challenges and heading internal research and professional development initiatives to keep the agency at the forefront of the industry.
